Alchemizing Emotions

The Heart is the great alchemist of emotions, or the alchemizer as the guides called it. You will be asked to bring into your awareness a difficult emotion that is running through your body and work with it.

 

You can do this as often as necessary in guided form or on your own following the formula:

  • Create a safe space for the emotion

  • Activate the Heart (mixed love tape or other form)

  • Notice the emotion

  • Name it

  • Surround it in a bubble of light

  • Engage with the emotion

  • Notice what you are felling

  • What does this emotion need besides being felt and seen and acknowledged?

  • What words can you say to it to make it?

Example: Dear x, it is ok. It is safe. I understand why you exist. I understand why you have to be present here now. I see you. I feel you. I acknowledge you. 

You are a result of my …

You are based on my beliefs…

My past….

My fear of….

Allow answers to come naturally without forcing.

I see you. I feel you. 

  • Turn on your Heart. Connect to mixed love tape. Remember you are love. You are this emotion of love constantly flowing from your beating Heart into the rest of the body. Activate the Heart. Turn it on. 

  • See the waves of light moving from your Heart. See the waves of Light moving towards the bubble that engulfs the difficult emotion. See love engulf it. See love enter the bubble and interact with the emotion. 

How can love melt this emotion?

How can love free this emotion?

How can love that is not just your love, it is divine love from  Source flowing through your human heart catalyze change? Alchemize this emotion?Release? The release this emotion? It is coming to light. Is feels safe. It feels seen. If feels acknowledged. 

  • Breathe light into it, breathe love into it. 

From this higher perspective what do you need to release this? 

What do you need to shift in your mind, beliefs, present situation, habits, to shift this emotion. 

  • Watch it melt into love. With compassion hold it in love. Watch it dissolve. Watch it dissolve and shift forms into something else. Stay curious. Stay open. You are a sacred space holder for this difficult emotion. That is working it’s way through you. Melt it with love.

Breathe. 

With every breath is dissolved into love.

Breathe. 

Thank your Heart. 

Journalling

All emotions want to be felt and acknowledged. The more you practice this technique, the safer it will feel. The easier it will be to name an emotion and transmute it into love or something else. Sometimes, sitting sitting about it just doesn't work. You need to allow the stream of consciousness to flow.... Hence, journalling! 

I invite you to give it a try. Writing about your emotions can help release the charge that they hold. It can also help them move through your body and energy field faster. Be gentle with yourself. Stay curious observer!!! Emotions are ENERGY IN MOTION. They want to keep moving - so let them!
